                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSING OF VARIOUS STREETS IN THE GLENWOOD
                   AREA MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN ON
                   SATURDAY, MAY 4, 1991 FOR THE PRESENTATION
                   OF A PARADE UNDER THE SPONSORSHIP OF THE
                   ARMISTICE LODGE #440, IBPOE OF W.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of the eastbound curblane of East 3rd Street
       between Dodson Avenue and Glenwood Drive, the southbound curblane 

       of Glenwood Drive between East 3rd Street and McCallie Avenue and 

       the southbound curblane of Dodds Avenue between McCallie Avenue
       and East 14th Street on Saturday, May 4, 1991 from 11:30 a.m. to
       12:30 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a parade under the
       sponsorship of the Armistice Lodge No. 440, IBPOE of W provided
       that the sponsor shall set out and pick up all flasher 
barricades,
       traffic cones, and traffic signs in accordance with the traffic
       control plan attached hereto and shall provide at all times an
       access lane for fire and other emergency vehicles.
